Biography
Will Daniels – Director of Operations, Berkeley Housing Authority
Will Daniels brings over 16 years of leadership experience in affordable housing and community development to his role as Director of Operations at the Berkeley Housing Authority. He has overseen large-scale housing programs, multimillion-dollar budgets, and complex initiatives including the nation’s largest RAD conversion at the San Francisco Housing Authority and regional operations of more than 5,500 units as Regional Vice President at McCormack Baron Management. Known for his collaborative leadership style, strong regulatory expertise, and ability to deliver results, Will is dedicated to advancing housing stability and equity. Outside of work, he values mentorship, community and spending time with his family.
