THE PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

AND SUBSEQUENT PUBLIC HEARING

BERKELEY HOUSING AUTHORITY ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN

APPLICATIONS, WAITING LIST AND TENANT SELECTION

The Berkeley Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking public input on its Administrative Plan – Applications, Waiting List and Tenant Selection.  Comments may be submitted in writing to Willie Daniels at 1947 Center Street, Berkeley, CA 94704 or email wdaniels@berkeleyca.gov.

The public comment period will begin Monday, November 10, 2025, and end Wednesday, December 24, 2025. BHA will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 4:31 PM on Zoom. The BHA’s Board of Commissioners will receive verbal and/or written comments on the Admin Plan.

Copies of the Administrative Plan will be available for review beginning Monday, November 10, 2025 online at https://bha.berkeleyca.gov and at 1947 Center St, 5th Fl, Berkeley, CA 94704, Monday through Thursday from 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM.

Public participation in the process is encouraged. Attendance at the public hearing is not mandatory. All oral and/or written comments submitted by the close of the comment period will be considered.  No comments will be considered after the close of the comment period.
