LIPH Disposition
The Berkeley Housing Authority no longer owns any units. The unit that were previously owned by the Berkeley Housing Authority are being managed by the new owners since 2014.
The Berkeley Housing Authority operated 75 units of low-income public housing in 14 sites around Berkeley. These units were built in the 1980s and were geared towards larger, low-income families. Accordingly, there were 44 three bedroom and 31 four-bedroom units.
The Berkeley Housing Authority contracted with EJP and Overland, Pacific and Cutler, Inc. to assist with the disposition/reposition of BHA's Low Income Public Housing Units.
